A Residential Care Facility for the Chronically Ill (RCFCI) is licensed to provide services in a non-institutional, home-like environment, which is maintained and operated to provide 24-hour care and supervision to the following people with HIV (PWH):
- Adults 18 years of age or older
- Emancipated minors
- People who are unable to work
